Most humans would at least hesitate after seeing someone like me, but he didn't even blink... He was rude and inconsiderate, but he treated me like a person. Like a child would treat another child. I appreciated that about him.

He may have hidden it from most, but I believe that he was a good person in the ways that mattered. He wanted to protect everyone, and he was afraid of failing to do so.
