[ there's some context she'll understand, too -- that sonon and yuffie were there on a mission to get the ultimate materia shinra was working on. that this materia doesn't exist, because shinra has decided to massacre their own people by dropping the plate of sector 7 in midgar right into the slums. sonon and yuffie were racing to warn people to help them escape before all this happened --- and at the end, after watching sonon die, yuffie arrives just in time to see thousands of people die in flames. too late to save anyone
