[ He draws closer, gaze shifting between the stream and then stranger sitting on the rock. He has to do a double take at her appearance, but he makes no comment about it. ]

Both. The stream works well enough for washing clothing. And there seem to be fish here, too.

At least with fishing, it'll be easy enough to pull off any leeches.

Revisiting the stream, the leeches aren't too terrible a nuisance as long as someone else is around to pick off the ones harder to reach.
