Some of it was. Even though most of it was gloomy... There's something comforting in being in a place you know.

Yes, I suppose that's true. I enjoyed the mountain for similar reasons.

Out of the other places you've heard about here, is there another one you're interested in seeing? [The school, the hero town, etc.]

Maybe the city by the sea? [ Oceanside. ] I've always wanted to see a big city, and it sounds like it would be warm and sunny there, too...

That does sound nice, doesn't it? [Even if he is hwhite and doesn't handle the heat super well, but it's not like anybody hates beautiful beaches. Except maybe Scaramouche.] Maybe that will be the next place we're allowed to visit.
